Job Summary:

McCoin Virtual Assets L.L.C., a pioneering force in the blockchain-enabled fintech space, is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the IT Manager will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and networks to support our expanding virtual asset operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, desktops, laptops and storage systems.
• Handle system configuration, maintenance, patch management and decommissioning of legacy assets.
• Implement and maintain LAN, WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and VPN (site-to-site) connectivity.
• Manage virtualization environments (Hyper-V) and ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee hardware and software procurement, installation and vendor coordination.

Cloud & Platform Management

• Manage and monitor Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment and DLP policy enforcement.
• Support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure on AWS where organizational applications are hosted.
• Work closely with the cloud and DevOps teams for integration and performance optimization.

Information Security & Compliance

• Draft and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001 and ITIL frameworks.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments (VA) and ensure timely remediation and patch management.
• Implement endpoint hardening (BitLocker, antivirus, security baselines).
• Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for IT audit planning, risk management and compliance.

IT Service Management

• Lead and manage Change, Incident, and Release Management processes using ITSM tools (e.g. ManageEngine).
• Maintain asset and license inventory, ensuring compliance and optimization of IT resources.
• Provide L1/L2 support and escalate critical issues to Microsoft or other vendors as needed.

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee user management, license management and configuration control across platforms.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
• Lead the implementation of E365 and Intune across the organization.
• Develop IT roadmaps to support business growth, scalability and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic input on IT budgets, procurement and technology upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations.
• Proven experience working in startup or high-growth environments, establishing IT systems and policies from scratch.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, audit readiness and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and vendor management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
