Proficiency in 3dx Max, Photoshop, AutoCAD, In Design and/or equal program for the production of drawings, mood boards and presentation material
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment
Exceptional customer-focus with an emphasis on quality
Strong ability to resolve issues utilizing sound judgement and reasoning skills
Professional, ethical and committed to excellence in communications
Must have done projects like residentials, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Retail Stores etc
Bachelor’s degree in interior design
At least 2 years of experience in 3D visualization, with a strong portfolio of photorealistic interior renderings
Knowledge in AutoCAD
Expertise in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino
Expertise in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion
Expertise in Adobe
Understanding of lighting, colour, and texture in creating photorealistic 3D renderings
Understanding of interior trends
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Lead and manage the design process from concept development to technical design development stage.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other designers to understand project requirements and design objectives
Develop design concepts and present them to clients for review and feedback
Create detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D sketches, and elevations to explain the design language.
Review and approve samples, shop drawings, and other submittals from contractors and vendors.
Manage and mentor junior designers and design assistants.
Creating conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients
Developing interior design concepts for commercial, retail, or industrial spaces
Managing the design process from start to finish by overseeing contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members, and communicating with clients
