shift-based role
, ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience who are confident, well-presented, and professional in handling clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Handle customer queries related to company services, applications, and documentation
• Guide clients through online portals and basic processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Manage walk-ins, queues, and ensure a pleasant lobby experience
• Handle escalations professionally and follow up until closure
• Encourage client feedback and reviews after service completion
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum
2 years of customer service / client-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a
shift-based environment
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Experience in business setup / free zone / service industry is a plus
• English is mandatory; Arabic or any additional language is an advantage
