Role and responsibilities:

This role supports the EMEA sales organization by Educating and Training Milestone Business Partners in the following areas:

• Ensure the successful delivery of Milestone training courses.
• Conduct the training courses throughout the regions in online or face-to-face format
• Support Milestone partners by delivering customized training and services where needed.
• Provide Quality knowledge transfer to business partners in various settings.
• Provide relevant knowledge transfer to Milestone Business Partners on Milestone products and processes.
• Manage attendees´ expectations to ensure quality knowledge delivery.
• Manage technical systems/tools/equipment related to courses.
• Maintain high level working knowledge of Milestone products and industry standards as they relate to partner requirements.
• Conduct customized training activities as directed.
• Ability to set up the training classroom.
• Ability to address the various challenges in the field, related to room, catering, etc., as needed.
• Answer questions related to the materials in full and comprehensive manner.
• Maintain a high level of course satisfaction for the Course Attendee Survey.
• Timely submission of job expenses at the end of each job.
• Provide feedback to our Learning & Performance team on courses/certifications content.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficient verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
• Experience delivering technical training materials.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System, virtual machines – VMWare ESXi, Cloud technology, AWS.
• Experience with database (Microsoft SQL) and networking concepts.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with English and Arabic to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. (hybrid mode of working).

Preferred skills and competencies:

• Knowledge of the video surveillance industry and technology.
• Additional language skills than English and Arabic is advantage
• Experience with Milestone XProtect software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

The team:

Partner & Customer Training EMEA & APAC team is responsible for the marketing, sales, and delivery of training and certifications within the EMEA and APAC territory for Milestone.

The mission of the team is to empower the people in the Milestone community to perform on-the-job by growing their expertise in designing and implementing Milestone solutions.

The team consist of (5) colleagues, who promote, sell, and coordinate the various certifications and courses, and (3) colleagues delivering training.
