We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance Train-the-Trainer (ToT) Instructor specializing in Civil Engineering. The trainer will be responsible for delivering professional training sessions aimed at developing the instructional, technical, and facilitation skills of trainers who will, in turn, conduct civil-engineering-related training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Train-the-Trainer programs tailored to the civil engineering field.
  • Develop and enhance trainers' capabilities in instructional design, presentation skills, technical delivery, and effective training methodologies.
  • Review and refine existing training outlines, materials, and course content provided by the client.
  • Customize training modules based on the client's specific civil engineering focus areas (e.g., general civil works, roads & infrastructure, health & safety, building construction, etc.).
  • Conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards.
  • Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their training effectiveness.
  • Prepare training reports, assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator in civil engineering subjects.
  • Prior experience conducting Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, safety standards, codes, and industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design training content and adapt materials to different skill levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse groups of participants.
  • Certification in training, education, or instructional design is an advantage.

Duration & Schedule:

  • Freelance basis, depending on project requirements.
  • Training days, schedule, and participant numbers will be confirmed based on client needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
