We are seeking a skilled IT Application Specialist to join our Core Banking Project team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
China System (EE, CE)
, both front-end and back-end, and hands-on experience in application support, system integration, and database management. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency and functional knowledge to support and enhance core banking operations..

  • Strong expertise in China System (EE, CE), including both front-end and back-end configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of China System domain, including Trade Finance, Factoring, Supply Chain, Loans, General Ledger (GL).
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and application production support.
  • Proficiency in Oracle database management, including SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in system integration using REST & SOAP APIs and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
  • Thorough understanding of End-of-Day (EOD) job processes and ability to resolve related issues efficiently.
  • Skilled in issue debugging and analysis to identify and rectify system discrepancies quickly.
  • Proficient in developing China System Core custom code to meet business requirements.
  • Familiarity with script debugging techniques for troubleshooting complex system errors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of China System tables and data structures for efficient data management.
  • Knowledge of functional and technical parameter customization to tailor China System configurations.
  • Strong capability in architecture design, with a focus on refining system performance and capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT application support, preferably in banking or financial systems.
  • Strong expertise in China System (EE, CE), with experience across front-end and back-end configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and production support.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database management.
  • Experience with REST & SOAP API integrations and message queue systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex system issues.
  • Familiarity with core banking processes and functional modules like Trade Finance, Loans, and GL.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
