Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for China and Seychelles entities. The role requires strong hands-on SAP experience and solid knowledge of accounting, reporting, compliance, and coordination with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting functions for China & Seychelles entities
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and reporting in SAP (mandatory)
- Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Review balance sheet schedules and ensure timely reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Work closely with regional finance, operations, and management teams
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company financial policies
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on SAP experience (FI module is a must)
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Prior experience managing accounts for international / overseas entities
- Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations for China and/or Seychelles
- Experience in multi-currency and multi-entity environments
