As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a important role in creating a relaxing and seamless experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage appointments and schedule bookings using spa management software.
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle payment transactions and process billing.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between spa therapists and guests.
  • Assist in maintaining the spa's daily operations, including inventory management and supply orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in the spa or wellness industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with spa management software is an advantage.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
