Job Title: Female Spa Receptionist (Dubai)

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and assist with inquiries.
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently.
  • Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide information about spa treatments, services, and packages.
  • Address customer concerns or escalate them as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of spa services and treatments is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be under the age of 40.

Salary:

  • Based on experience and qualifications.
