This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Retail Operations Manager.

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily store branches operations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Emirates, manage coordination with suppliers, inventory control, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role involves supervising staff, tracking sales performance, coordinating merchandising, and identifying opportunities to optimize store efficiency.

Additionally, responsibilities include implementing company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture to drive team performance and achieve business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis for sales tracking
  • Previous experience in retail or toy industry is an advantage
  • Experience in coordination with suppliers on deliveries scheduling, pricing, branding and events initiative, payments
  • Awareness of toys industry trends
  • Experience in high standards of visual merchandising and retail marketing
  • Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and train employees
  • Operational management skills, including store operations, staffing, and inventory control
  • Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field preferred
  • Ability to manage budgets for the stores, ensuring financial health and profitability Ability to monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or customer experience
  • Ability to provide accurate sales and financial reporting to senior management team
  • Expertise in premium-level standards and customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate strong mentoring and coaching capabilities, particularly in
  • Staff training on brand and VM standards, mentoring on customer service standards, driving sales revenue growth across the store network.
  • Experience coordinating effectively with suppliers on purchase orders

Position requirements and details

  • Min 3 years on similar role
  • UAE driving license and auto is a must
  • Demand based on the interview results and candidate experience
  • 6 days per week. 9 hours inclusive 1 hour break
  • Company is providing visa, insurance, annual airfare
