Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for commercial, corporate, and technology law? Join us and help shape the future of AI and IT in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and employment agreements
  • Prepare legal notices, board resolutions, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct legal research and draft advisory memos on UAE law and relevant regulatory issues
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with UAE legislation, internal policies, and data protection frameworks (UAE PDPL, GDPR)
  • Manage intellectual property (IP) filings, renewals, and licensing matters
  • Support policy creation across departments (HR, Procurement, IT, Finance)
  • Assist with dispute resolution matters and liaise with external legal counsel

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's in Commercial/Corporate Law or certifications in IP/Data Protection are a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally within the UAE's IT, technology, or corporate sectors
  • Solid expertise in Commercial & Contract Law, Corporate & Company Law, Intellectual Property, UAE Labour Law & MOHRE compliance, Data Protection & Privacy Law (UAE PDPL, GDPR) & Dispute Resolution & Pre-litigation support
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents in both English and (preferably) Arabic
  • Strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks
  • Nice to have: experience in IT Law, SaaS agreements, or UAE cyber security compliance
