About the Company

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support / System Administrator to oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and support services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of both internal IT operations and client-facing technology platforms, especially in an AI-driven, cloud-centric environment. This role is critical in supporting innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-User Support & Help Desk

• Act as the
  primary point of contact
  for all technical issues across the organisation.
• Manage and maintain the
  Help Desk system
  (e.g.,
  ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
  or similar) to
  log, prioritise, and resolve
  support tickets on time.
• Provide
  hands-on technical support
  , troubleshooting, and
  user training
  to ensure minimal downtime and enhanced productivity.

2. Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Oversee full
  administration of the Microsoft 365 suite
  , including
  Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams
  , and related services.
• Manage
  user account life cycles
  , including
  onboarding and offboarding
  processes.
• Ensure seamless
  integration and security
  across collaboration tools and productivity platforms.

3. Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)

• Administer and monitor
  Microsoft Azure resources
  , including
  virtual machines, networking, storage, and security groups
  .
• Manage
  Azure Active Directory (AAD)
  and related
  identity and access controls
  .
• Optimise performance, cost, and reliability of
  IaaS and PaaS
  environments.

4. System Administration & Network Management

• Maintain and support all
  server infrastructure
  (physical and virtual),
  network devices
  (routers, switches, firewalls), and
  storage solutions
  .
• Ensure robust
  backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans
  are implemented and regularly tested.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity or performance issues.

5. Domain & Web Management

• Manage
  corporate domains, DNS records, and web hosting services
  .
• Oversee platforms such as
  GoDaddy, AWS
  , or similar registrars/hosts to ensure up time and domain security.
• Coordinate with external vendors or developers for
  website updates or migrations
  .

6. Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce
  IT security policies and best practices
  across systems and endpoints.
• Manage
  endpoint protection, access control
  , and
  threat monitoring tools
  .
• Ensure compliance with
  data protection regulations
  and internal
  IT governance
  standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience:
  Minimum of
  5 years
  in a
  System Administrator
  or
  Senior IT Support
  role, preferably in a
  sole-IT capacity
  .
• Microsoft 365 expertise:
  Advanced knowledge in
  administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  .
• Cloud platforms:
  Strong hands-on experience with
  Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
  environments.
• ITSM tools:
  Familiarity with
  IT Service Management systems
  , such as
  ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
  or similar solutions.
• Networking:
  Solid understanding of
  TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls
  .
• Domain management:
  Experience with
  domain registration and management platforms
  (e.g.,
  GoDaddy
  ,
  AWS
  ).
• Soft skills:
  Excellent
  problem-solving
  ,
  communication
  , and
  interpersonal
  abilities.

Certifications:
Relevant credentials such as

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  , and/or
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• are
  highly desirable
  .
