What you'll do:

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment at noon's logistics facilities. You'll lead a team of security personnel to safeguard assets, prevent loss, and enforce security protocols across warehouses and distribution centers.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at logistics facilities, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and train security staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Implement and enforce security procedures for access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and emergency protocols.
  • Conduct regular security audits, patrols, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents of theft, breaches, or suspicious activity and escalate findings to management and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all security-related incidents and activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs of visitor entries, vehicle movements, and access permissions.
  • Coordinate with facility managers, warehouse supervisors, and third-party vendors to support operational needs while maintaining security integrity.
  • Ensure all security systems, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access controls, are functioning properly.
  • Respond to emergencies and support crisis management protocols when necessary.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security supervisory role, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and enforce discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with UAE safety and security regulations.
  • Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance equipment.
  • Ability to work in shifts and respond quickly to operational demands.
