As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly dedicated and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of patrolling officers, ensuring that they adhere to security protocols and company standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the patrolling schedule to ensure complete coverage of the assigned areas.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, including emergencies, alarms, and violations. Investigate incidents and document findings in reports.
  • Ensure that security staff follows all established safety procedures, security protocols, and operational guidelines during patrolling.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patrolling activities, security incidents, and other relevant observations.
  • Provide ongoing training to security staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of security equipment and ensure that it is operational and in good condition.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide assistance to clients, employees, and visitors as needed while ensuring their safety and security.

Qualifications :

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field is a plus).

Experience :

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a security or patrolling supervisory role.

Skills :

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, decisive decisions in emergency situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures.
  • Ability to use security systems and technology effectively.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Strong knowledge of security regulations, including SIRA and PSCOD standards.

Certifications :

  • Certifications : Security-related certification SIRA or training is preferred.
  • Physical Fitness : Must be physically fit and able to walk, stand, or patrol for extended periods.
  • Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
