is looking for a
Social Media & Paid Ads Executive
to manage organic social media and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple client brands and in-house projects.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance
creative content execution
with
hands-on ad management
, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing
social media content, community engagement, and paid advertising (Meta & Google)
—working closely with designers, content creators, and internal teams to drive visibility, leads, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Write engaging captions and adapt content for each platform
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for creatives
  • Publish daily content and manage community engagement (comments & DMs)
  • Track organic performance and suggest content improvements

Paid Ads (Meta & Google)

  • Set up, manage, and optimize
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
  • Create ad copies, select audiences, manage budgets, and monitor performance
  • Coordinate ad creatives with the design team
  • Track key metrics (reach, leads, CTR, CPL) and prepare basic performance reports
  • Support lead-generation and awareness campaigns for clients

Campaigns & Coordination

  • Support digital marketing campaigns across social, website, and brand channels
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Assist with content shoots, events, and campaign launches
  • Maintain digital assets and campaign documentation

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    social media management and paid ads
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience using tools like
    Canva
    ,
    Meta Business Suite
    , or similar
  • Basic knowledge of analytics (GA4, Meta insights) is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and brand-focused
