Social Media Account Manager
 to lead major accounts, drive impactful campaigns, and work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class results.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large social media accounts, translating client objectives into effective strategies, and ensuring flawless execution across campaigns, projects, and events. You'll act as a key liaison between clients and teams while mentoring and guiding social media coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Management

  • Deliver best-in-class service and execution for assigned clients.
  • Interpret client briefs and contribute to social media strategies, KPIs, deliverables, and performance reports.
  • Deeply understand clients' visions, objectives, and KPIs to produce holistic, goal-driven work.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations, budgets, timelines, and values are met.
  • Present project updates, reports, and campaign results to clients clearly and confidently.

Campaigns & Social Media Strategy

  • Contribute to creative ideation and manage overlapping social media strategies across campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with PR, creative, design, production, and media teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Develop and enhance social media strategies, proposing new techniques, formats, and ideas.
  • Prepare and present monthly, bi-annual, and annual performance reports.
  • Work with the Account Director, Head of Social Media, and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns within scope and budget.

Project & Event Management

  • Manage large-scale social media accounts and high-profile events.
  • Coordinate brainstorming sessions and prepare detailed briefs for accounts and campaigns.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and on-ground handling of events while respecting budgets and schedules.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Work with analysts and media buyers to monitor performance, analyze data, grow communities, and achieve KPIs.
  • Participate in content shoots, project meetings, note-taking, and trend sharing.
  • Research and introduce fresh ideas for content calendars and campaign concepts.

People Management & Team Development

  • Supervise, train, and mentor social media coordinators.
  • Improve team performance through guidance, feedback, and skill development.
  • Support the development of analytics, reporting, and communication capabilities.
  • Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to enhance team output and client results.
