Head of Institutional Sales – Electronic Trading Solutions (Dubai, UAE)

GCC Expansion | Brokers & Prop Firms | High-Growth Global Vendor

I'm supporting a growing global trading technology provider that is expanding its footprint across the UAE & wider GCC and they're now hiring a Head of Institutional Sales to lead growth across the region.

If you've sold electronic trading solutions into brokers, prop firms, or liquidity providers, and you know how to articulate the value of technology that eliminates potential arbitrage exposure, this role will put you at the forefront of a major GCC push.

What you'll own:

  • Lead all institutional sales across the UAE & GCC
  • Drive growth with brokers, prop trading firms & active trading houses
  • Articulate the value of a proven solution that helps firms detect and cover
    arbitrage risks
  • Build regional strategy, pipeline, partnerships and revenue foundations
  • Act as the senior regional commercial figure for a company scaling aggressively worldwide

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience selling electronic trading technology / multi-asset trading platforms / market connectivity / risk technology
  • Existing relationships in the UAE & GCC brokerage / prop trading ecosystem
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to own the region commercially
  • Passion for fast-growth environments and establishing a brand in new markets
