Hays' client is a prominent cybersecurity and digital solutions distributor in Dubai. They specialize in automating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks for enterprise clients, leveraging a sophisticated tech stack that integrates SwissGRC with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Your new role

  • Platform Development:
    Design, test, and deploy custom SwissGRC and SharePoint solutions tailored to complex business and compliance requirements.
  • Full-Stack Engineering:
    Build and extend internal control and risk management frameworks using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • UI/UX Design:
    Lead design initiatives by creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma to ensure an intuitive and responsive user experience.
  • System Integration:
    Develop APIs and web services to ensure seamless data exchange between GRC platforms, SharePoint, and other enterprise IT systems.
  • Technical Pre-Sales:
    Support the sales team by translating client requirements into automated solutions, conducting product demos, and managing POCs.
  • Administration:
    Handle the installation, configuration, and administration of SharePoint and SQL databases to ensure peak performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Technical Expertise:
    Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with strong full-stack skills (Front-end: React/Angular; Back-end: .NET/C#).
  • Database Mastery:
    Expert proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL scripting, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Development Tools:
    High proficiency in SharePoint (SPFX), Power Automate, and UI/UX design tools like Figma.
  • GRC Knowledge:
    A solid understanding of GRC principles and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT, along with IT Risk Management methodologies.
  • Education & Certs:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT. Certifications in SharePoint Development or SQL Database Administration are highly preferred.
  • Integration Skills:
    Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Knowledge of SwissGRC is a significant advantage.
