Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations for our delivery riders working with platforms such as Talabat, Noon Food, Noon Minutes, and Keeta. The ideal candidate should be familiar with delivery portals and capable of coordinating with partner companies to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all delivery portals (Talabat, Noon, Keeta, etc.)
  • Supervise day-to-day rider operations and performance
  • Coordinate with partner companies through emails and calls regarding:
  • Visa-related matters
  • Daily operational issues
  • Rider onboarding, blocks, and compliance
  • Resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain records and reports related to riders and portals
  • Act as a point of contact between riders, company management, and delivery platforms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivery operations (Talabat/Noon/Keeta experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of delivery portals and dashboards
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to handle emails, calls, and coordination professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: To be discussed (based on experience)
