About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, promoting Talon's business setup services, and delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions

· Promote company services and convert inquiries into sales opportunities

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions

· Provide professional after-sales support and customer assistance

· Achieve individual and team sales targets

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

· Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

· Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in business setup or services industry

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Sales-driven mindset with strong customer handling abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

· Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
