We are hiring an
AI Product Manager
to lead customer service automation across a fintech platform through AI chatbots and virtual agents. This role will own the end-to-end product strategy for AI-driven support experiences focused on reducing call volumes, resolving transaction queries, and improving CSAT/NPS in a regulated financial environment.

Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Only candidates meeting all five criteria should be shortlisted:

  1. 5+ years of Product Management experience, with minimum 2 years in AI/ML, chatbots, copilots, or automation platforms

  2. Proven delivery of customer service bots or AI copilots in fintech, banking, or digital commerce

  3. Hands-on experience integrating bots with transactional backends

(payments, wallets, core banking, order management, etc.)

  1. Strong working knowledge of Generative AI and NLU/NLP platforms

(LLMs, intent detection, conversational AI, fine-tuning, analytics)

  1. Direct experience working in a regulated fintech or digital banking environment

Key Responsibilities (What the Candidate Will Own)


• Define and scale the AI chatbot & virtual agent roadmap across the fintech app


• Identify high-volume support and transactional use cases for automation


• Enable real-time transaction intelligence through backend integrations


• Design smart bot-to-human escalation flows


• Own model performance, accuracy, and continuous learning


• Drive improvements in FCR, CSAT, NPS, and call volume reduction


• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and CX teams
