Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
  • Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus protection
  • Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and system documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support services
  • Support accounting and tax software used within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
  • Familiarity with servers, data backups, and cybersecurity practices
  • Experience supporting accounting or ERP software is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
