Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and licensed
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, increase property visibility, and strengthen the brand presence of a real estate brokerage. This role manages campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, supports listing promotions, and collaborates closely with Sales, Leasing, and Creative teams to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and other relevant channels
  • Drive
    lead generation
    for property listings and brand campaigns
  • Build and improve
    landing pages/lead forms
    to increase conversion rates
  • Partner with Creative to produce high-performing
    ad creatives
    , reels, and short-form video
  • Support
    social media
    content calendars, posting, and community engagement
  • Work closely with Sales/Leasing to improve
    lead quality
    , follow-up outcomes, and campaign messaging

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years
    digital marketing experience in Real Estate
  • Strong experience with
    Meta Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
  • Great copywriting and campaign storytelling skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Experience marketing residential/commercial properties or new developments

Basic salary and insurance are provided by employer.
