Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and guests with courtesy and warmth.
Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Handle office errands such as collecting and delivering documents or parcels. Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies, ensuring they are organized and available.
Work closely with fellow office assistants to coordinate daily tasks and support the wider team.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office requirements. Set up meeting rooms before use (arranging chairs, preparing refreshments, ensuring cleanliness) and clear them afterward.
Follow and uphold workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Take initiative to help wherever needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements
Mandatory: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Customer Service, or in a similar role (applications without relevant experience will not be considered).
Fluency in English
Positive attitude with enthusiasm, friendliness, and willingness to help.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other assistants.
Professional, polite, and trustworthy personality.
Physically fit and able to handle light office duties.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Preference for candidates with a hospitality background or hospitality service experience
