Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Construction Manager to join our team at CRX Building Contracting L.L.C. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to high safety and quality standards.

As a Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, supervising site workers, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all project requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Oversight: Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and efficient construction progress.

2.Team Management: Lead and motivate site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.

3.Schedule Management: Ensure that projects are completed on schedule by managing timelines, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.

4.Quality Control: Enforce quality standards and ensure that all construction work complies with legal requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.

5.Budget Management: Monitor project costs, manage resources, and track expenses to ensure the project stays within budget.

6.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and conduct regular safety meetings with the team to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.

7.Problem Solving: Resolve any on-site issues, including delays, equipment malfunctions, or personnel conflicts, and implement solutions swiftly.

8.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2 years in a site management role.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) is a plus.

Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is preferred.
