Site Manager

The Role

Our International Specialist Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Site Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on a high profile new AV attraction installation project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Site Manager working on high profile projects in the UAE with preference given to those with prior experience in working for or with AV / Attractions / Theming Installation projects such as theme parks or attractions previously. This role is available for immediate joining and is a 5-6 Month Contract position employed as an outsource candidate through J10 Consulting. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full project life cycle from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Deliver project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company goals.
• Develop detailed project schedules and execution plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor daily site activities and address issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Maintain cost control and monitor budgets against actual expenditures.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with design specifications.
• Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders including the Chairman, CEO, and department heads, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost-to-completion forecasts.
• Oversee variation orders, change management, and contractual documentation.
• Coordinate billing, certifications, and financial reporting in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Submit monthly progress reports, cost-to-completion reports, and other management-required documentation.

Requirements

Site Manager Experience:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical, Civil or related
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a site management role in the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing AV / attractions projects in similar environments such as theme parks / malls.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and construction practices in Abu Dhabi.
• Expertise in fit-out and construction techniques, materials, and high-end finishing.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision and escalation
