This role is for our other company, Intex Craft. Intex Craft is a production house working with interiors, fit outs, events, and more such things. We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, completed on time, and delivered to the highest quality standards.

This role requires someone who can coordinate between design, production, procurement, and client teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow from concept to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping all departments aligned, resolving on-ground challenges quickly, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity at every stage of the project.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects while motivating teams and maintaining accountability across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Execution

  2. Oversee the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out, joinery, signage, and branding projects — from kickoff to handover.

  3. Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring resource allocation and material availability.

  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong follow-through and proactive communication.

  5. Production Oversight

  6. Supervise and coordinate production floor operations — CNC, carpentry, painting, assembly, and installation.

  7. Ensure jobs are executed as per design specs and quality standards.
  8. Monitor material consumption, reduce waste, and optimize process efficiency.

  9. Anticipate bottlenecks and implement preventive measures to maintain steady workflow.

  10. Team & People Management

  11. Lead and motivate production teams, supervisors, and technicians to meet deadlines.

  12. Allocate responsibilities clearly, track performance, and provide feedback.
  13. Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and adherence to company standards.

  14. Act as the main communication bridge between management and on-ground teams.

  15. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  16. Work closely with the purchase department to ensure timely sourcing of materials.

  17. Evaluate supplier performance and propose alternatives for cost and quality optimization.

  18. Approve material samples and finishes in coordination with design/clients.

  19. Cost Control & Reporting

  20. Track project budgets and expenses; flag variances early.

  21. Regular reports with management

  22. Quality & Client Coordination

  23. Conduct quality checks at various stages of production and installation.

  24. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

  25. Ensure client satisfaction

  26. Continuous Improvement

  27. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

  28. Develop internal SOPs and checklists for production control, material flow, and project monitoring.
