• Prepare the Baseline Program and get approval from the Client / Consultant with Planning Manager

• Understand Work Scope, Quantities and familiar with logical sequences in terms of Engineering and Construction disciplines.

• Understand WBS and work with Management and Project Team in the development of Work Breakdown Structure for Progress Measurement, Scheduling, Cost Estimation and Project Control.

• Communication of Timelines & Budget and advise them on corrective actions.

• Ensure loading of all Costs and Timelines on the Primavera and provide periodic information on Work Progress to Site Management Staff on Deviations and

Delays on Budgets and Programs.

• Develop and update Resource (Manpower and Equipment) Histogram Weekly.

• Evaluate allocation of Resources and provide recommendations to maintain Progress.

• Develop Plan versus Actual Progress Charts (Histograms/S Curves). Analyses & report Deviations from Plan.

• Carry out EOT Analysis and Claim Preparation (Time/ Impact Analysis).

• Prepare and update Look Ahead Schedule that reflect the Priority and Critical Activities.

• Ensure an updated and Real Time Version of the Client Approved and Certified Project Schedules and Timelines which are shared with the Site Management Staff whenever there are any changes or deviations.

• Periodic Project Review Meets and share the Current Work Progress linked to the Cost to Complete and the variance between Budgeted Costs versus Actuals.

• Track , Monitor and Forecast Progress of all Activities and Deliverables such as Bought-outs , Engineering Documents , Fabrication & Construction Status of all Disciplines.

• Should have worked in large scale Building construction projects.

• Should have experience of Primavera – P6

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Safety Management / Environmental Science.

• Certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA preferred).

• Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE management in large scale construction projects. (Buildings / Villas / Highrise). Should have minimum 5 years relevant work experience (as HSE - Asst. Manager or Sr. Engineer)

• Strong knowledge of local health and safety laws and international standards.

• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
