We're hiring ServiceNow Consultants for projects at

is building a pool of experienced
ServiceNow Functional and Technical Consultants
based out of India, South Africa, UAE and KSA to join our upcoming client projects. If you've led or supported
ServiceNow implementations
across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or other modules, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules for clients
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Collaborate with development teams for workflows, scripting, and integrations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation or consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Experience in process design, configuration, and workflow automation
  • Ability to document and translate functional requirements into technical tasks
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, forms, business rules, and UI policies
  • Familiarity with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting (JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Capable of managing deliverables independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with custom application development on ServiceNow
  • Exposure to multi-instance, multi-department, or global rollouts
  • Prior consulting or project-based experience with enterprise clients
