We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to assist the Managing Director in day-to-day business, and to help coordinate operations in his absence.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organized, and capable of handling communication, staff coordination, and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and staff / external contacts.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of office/workplace when the Director is away.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and communication (calls, messages, emails).
  • Follow up with departments and staff to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare and organize reports, documents, and meeting notes.
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Keep track of payments, expenses, or basic administrative records if required.
  • Coordinate travel, visitors, and meeting arrangements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
