Role Description

The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying and managing clients' insurance needs by offering personalized solutions. Daily tasks will include consulting clients on life insurance policies, actively building and maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring comprehensive customer service support. Additionally, the role requires keeping up-to-date with insurance products and regulations in the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance, particularly within life insurance, and an understanding of Financial principles
  • Proficiency in client-facing roles, including Consulting and providing tailored insurance advice
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in the UAE insurance market is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
