Role Description

Green Moss Wall is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant for a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and promote biophilic design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent communication, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our client base while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and deliver the best design solutions for clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service proficiency to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring all client interactions meet or exceed their expectations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in sales and presentation techniques, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the interior design, architecture, or biophilic design sectors is an advantage
