IT Sales Consultant – Software Solutions & Consulting (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our growing software solutions team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT or software sales and a strong passion for helping businesses implement innovative technology solutions. You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for tailored software and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through online tools and databases.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Present customized software and IT solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and technical teams for successful project delivery and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or related B2B sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and outreach platforms.
  • Basic understanding of software implementation and client onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
