المسؤوليات

التعاون الجماعي

• التواصل بشكل فعال وكفء مع جميع موظفي الشركة.
• توصيل المعلومات ذات الصلة إلى جميع موظفي خدمة العملاء.
• توصيل جميع القضايا التشغيلية والخدمية والشخصية إلى المشرف أو المدير المختص بالمركز.

التفاعل مع العملاء

• تقديم معلومات ذات صلة ودقيقة وكافية للعملاء.
• تقديم المساعدة الشخصية والطمأنينة عند الحاجة.
• معالجة جميع طلبات العملاء وشكاواهم بدقة وكفاءة.
• ضمان تقديم خدمة كريمة وسريعة وفعالة لجميع العملاء.
• التفاعل باحترام مع العملاء من مختلف البلدان والثقافات.
• ضمان حل مشكلات العملاء في الوقت المناسب وتقديم الدعم المهني.
• القدرة على توصيل الميزات والخدمات الخاصة الفريدة لاحتياجات العميل.
• تحقيق الحد الأدنى من وقت "الانتظار" ووقت "الخدمة" بهدف تقليل وقت الانتظار بشكل مستمر.
• المسؤول عن الرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالخدمات (الاختبار والتسجيل والتجديد وما إلى ذلك).

الأداء

• الالتزام بمعايير المظهر واللباس للحفاظ على صورة الشركة.
• ضمان تطبيق قواعد الشركة وتوفير التحكم في الحشود بكفاءة.
• ضمان أن الخدمة المقدمة لعملائنا تلبي مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للوظيفة و RTA.
• دعم وتقديم خدمة ممتازة من خلال إظهار موقف إيجابي وحماس تجاه الوظيفة والشركة للعملاء الداخليين في جميع أشكال رعاية العملاء.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and intelligent customer care to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best service's quality to our customers.

Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

• Communicating pertinent information to all customer care associates.
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with all company associates.
• Communicating all operational, service, and personal, issues to the appropriate center supervisor or manager.

Customer Interact

• Offering personal help and reassurance when needed.
• Providing relevant, accurate, and adequate information to the customers.
• Processing all customer requests and complaints accurately and efficiently.
• Interacting respectfully with customers from various countries and cultures.
• Ensuring all customers are provided with gracious, quick, and efficient service.
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and providing professional support.
• Ability to communicate special features and services unique to the customer's needs.
• Responsible to respond inquiries relating to the services (test, Registration, Renewal, etc.).
• Achieving minimum 'Wait' time and 'Serve' time to aim for reducing the TAT continuously.

Performance

• Adhering to grooming and dress code standards to uphold the company's image.
• Ensuring the enforcement of company rules and efficiently providing crowd control.
• Ensuring that the service delivered to our customers meets the role's and RTA Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs').
• Supporting and modeling excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company to the internal customers in all forms of customer care.
