We're seeking an experienced Freelance – Project Manager with a proven track record in managing events and exhibitions across the UAE. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from concept planning and client coordination to on-site execution—ensuring each project is delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of exhibitions, events, and corporate activations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, suppliers, designers, venue operators, and contractors to align on all project milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee production and logistics workflows, ensuring build quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations and venue requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, event operations, and dismantling phases.
  • Manage vendor negotiations to ensure cost control and service quality.
  • Provide continuous updates to clients, manage change requests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile post-event reports with performance insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing exhibitions, events, or activations within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, exhibition stand builds, and technical production.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations governing events and temporary installations.
  • Excellent project planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
