The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager Engineer, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of engineering projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Review Tender Drawings, Quantity Survey, Tender Bids Review, and Site work inspections.
  • Develop detailed project timeline, plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify, and address issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Prepare and present project progress status reports to stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in both Arabic & English.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  • Proven Construction site experience in project management (preferred residential villas experience).
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • UAE Resident (Preferred Abu Dhabi).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
