  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to eCommerce, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with website analytics tools and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving eCommerce landscape.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
