  1. Payroll Management

  2. Prepare, verify and process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

  3. Maintain accurate attendance, overtime, leave records and shift schedules for factory and office employees.

  4. Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement, WPS compliance and payroll reconciliations.

  5. Manage employee benefits, deductions, EOSB calculations and payroll related documentation.

  6. Recruitment & Onboarding

  7. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and white‑collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.

  8. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies and maintain candidate databases.

  9. Conduct onboarding formalities, induction programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  10. HR Administration

  11. Maintain and update employee files, HR databases and personnel records.

  12. Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warnings, memos, etc.).

  13. Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID and coordination with PRO.

  14. Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, company policies and health & safety regulations.

  15. Support HR audits, ISO documentation and internal compliance requirements.

  16. Employee Relations & Support

  17. Address employee queries, grievances and provide HR support across departments.

  18. Assist in performance management cycles, appraisals and disciplinary procedures.

  19. Coordinate training programs, toolbox talks and skill‑development initiatives for factory staff.

  20. General Office & Admin Activities

  21. Oversee office supplies, facility management and administrative support functions.

  22. Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation and logistics for staff when required.

  23. Support management with reports, HR analytics and monthly dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, payroll systems and HR documentation.

Familiarity with visa processing, PRO coordination and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, etc.)

Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Preferably in manufacturing, steel or heavy industry within the UAE.
