Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 2 to 5 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee coordination, and UAE labor procedures. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and all joining documentation.
- Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update employee files, personal records, and HR databases using ERP systems.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave requests, and overtime; verify and submit accurate data for payroll.
- Assist in the entire payroll process including attendance verification, deductions, allowances, leave salary, and overtime calculations.
- Handle annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, and emergency leave documentation.
- Manage employee health insurance issuance, renewal, cancellation, and corrections.
- Support employees with NOCs, salary certificates, bank letters, and HR-related requests.
- Address employee concerns professionally and assist in grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Process resignations, terminations, visa cancellations, and prepare final settlements (EOSB).
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports such as attendance summary, leave status, payroll inputs, and visa tracking.
- Coordinate with branches and supervisors regarding staffing updates and HR requirements.
- Assist with HR audits and ensure all HR documents are up to date and properly filed.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist management with HR projects when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (F&B or retail industry experience preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English is required.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, onboarding, payroll support, and employee coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general HR systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
