An excellent opportunity has arisen within a top-tier Government organisation for a dynamic Program Associate, with the role being based in Abu Dhabi. The salary range is between 28-35,000 AED, with the final salary within this range being offered based on client benchmarking and relevance through the process. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, or work in Abu Dhabi at least 4 days a week.

Brief summary of responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering executive-level learning programs for Senior Leadership within the UAE
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify leadership development needs & objectives
  • Design & develop customised executive learning programs, workshops, and initiatives tailored to senior leaders
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of programs, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and logistics
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, whilst managing relationships with external partners, consultants, and training providers
  • Develop & implement evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness and ROI
  • Drive continuous improvement & innovation of programs
  • Liaise with internal departments and external organisations to align learning initiatives and broader strategic goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ideally, 3-6 years of learning & development experience, with a focus on leadership development
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering programs to senior leadership
  • Experience engaging government entities or large organisations in the UAE or GCC region
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset, whilst possessing a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
