As part of a growing technology organization, you'll join a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of data platforms, ML engineering, and applied AI — shaping the standards, tools, and systems that will define how data and intelligence fuel our next generation of solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to define and document business requirements, workflows, and success metrics
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable insights
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform product or process improvements
  • Support prioritization and roadmap decisions by assessing business impact, feasibility, and dependencies
  • Help design and improve internal processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, go-to-market readiness, and performance tracking

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Operations Analyst, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills — can simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in a build-from-scratch environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, AI / Data, or platform businesses
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
  • Understanding of basic product or UX concepts
