Job Overview
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for various positions.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure MoHRE/Tasheel formalities.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee files, visa records, and HR database.
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, deductions).
- Manage medical insurance additions, deletions, and claims.
- Monitor probation periods and prepare confirmation/extension letters.
3. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support disciplinary procedures by preparing warning letters, memos, and notices.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture through communication and support.
4. Performance & Compliance
- Support performance appraisal process and KPI tracking.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and updated as per UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate training programs and skill development initiatives.
5. Visa & PRO Coordination
- Liaise with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID procedures.
- Follow-up on labour contracts, WPS, and government portals (MoHRE, ICP).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
