Island Tower Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive with proven UAE experience to independently manage HR operations within a complex, project-driven environment. This role is designed for HR professionals who have operated at a senior level and are confident handling workforce-intensive industries.

Role Scope (Senior-Level Responsibilities)

  • Full ownership of end-to-end HR operations across multiple projects and sites

  • Strategic and operational manpower planning for white-collar and blue-collar workforce

  • Senior-level recruitment for engineering, construction, and steel fabrication roles

  • Independent handling of employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management

  • Ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations

  • Close coordination with PRO on visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, and renewals

  • Oversight of payroll inputs, final settlements, gratuity, and statutory benefits

  • Supporting management in performance management and workforce engagement initiatives

  • Managing camp administration and workforce welfare in site-based environments

Mandatory Senior-Level Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE

  • Prior senior HR exposure in engineering, construction, or steel fabrication environments

  • Strong command of UAE Labour Law and hands-on HR operations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage both white-collar and large blue-collar workforce independently

  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and handle confidential matters professionally

Compensation AED 5,000 – 12,000 (All-Inclusive Package) Offered based on depth of experience and industry expertise.
