We manage a diversified portfolio spanning public markets, private equity, structured credit, and alternatives. We are now hiring a high-caliber Financial Analyst to work directly with the CEO on financial analysis, accounting support, and investment-related work.

*Role Summary*

This is a foundational role suited for a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills and early-stage CFA progress. You will handle core accounting tasks, financial reporting, portfolio support, and gradually deepen into investment analysis under direct mentorship.

This is *not* a routine accounting job — it is a stepping stone into a CIO-track environment for the right talent.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Accounting & Financial Control*

* Maintain books, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements

* Track capital calls, distributions, interest, amortization, and loan schedules

* Prepare quarterly portfolio performance files and NAV rolls

* Monitor cash flows, bank accounts, and liquidity planning

*Investment Support*

* Assist with due-diligence work, financial modelling, and preparing memos

* Extract, clean, and structure data from fund reports and statements

* Prepare benchmark comparisons, return calculations, and attribution summaries

* Support the CEO on ad-hoc analysis across public and private investments

*Reporting*

* Produce monthly dashboards

* Maintain organized documentation, working papers, investment files

* Coordinate with custodians, banks, fund managers, and auditors

*Skills & Qualifications*

*Required*

* Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent)

* CFA Level I or Level II completed (Level III or CFA Charter is a strong advantage)

* 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control, or a similar role

* Strong Excel / financial modelling capabilities

* High attention to detail and ability to manage structured data

* Strong English communication skills

* Familiarity with investment concepts (IRR, NAV, portfolio returns)

* Experience in audit firms, financial advisory, or transaction services

* Interest in growing into investment analysis over time
