Join a dynamic project focused on elevating small businesses through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role centers on delivering tailored solutions in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, and website optimization. The primary objective is to launch and manage a targeted SEO and social media campaign for a client, with a delivery window of 2–4 weeks. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with on-site collaboration in Dubai, and may require occasional travel. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise, and a passion for driving measurable results for small business clients.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan tailored to small business needs
  • Launch and manage targeted SEO and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation
  • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social platforms
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Deliver project milestones within the 2–4 week timeframe

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on small business growth
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content creation
  • Strong knowledge of website optimization best practices
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel to Dubai as needed
