Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across all modes of freight—Air, Sea, and Land—as well as warehousing, distribution, and customs clearance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and present competitive sales quotations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated, target-achieving sales experience in the freight forwarding industry within Dubai, UAE.
  • Strong customer base and proven deal-closing abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Freight, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customs Clearance formalities.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE customs regulations and local logistics procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduation preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
