Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. The candidate should be proficient in both Arabic and English, with the ability to create culturally relevant and compelling content in both languages to engage our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) in both Arabic and English for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite. Monitor daily engagement and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Community Engagement: Build and engage with the online community, foster positive conversations, and address customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track engagement metrics, and generate reports. Use insights to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Campaigns & Promotions: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and special projects to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement fresh ideas to enhance the social media presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English. Ability to create and adapt content in both languages.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark), and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • A strong creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with social media users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
