Job Title - Telesales Executive

Location - Diera, Dubai

Falah Saadi Project Management Services is a leading provider of online trading platforms in the international stock market. We empower individuals to invest and grow their portfolios through innovative and user-friendly trading solutions.

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented TELESALES EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our online trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive account management, and exceptional customer service.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

  • Closing sales deals and ensuring proper documentation

  • Preparing and delivering presentations or pitches to potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Looking for experienced candidates. Freshers can also apply. Experienced candidates should have experience preferably in the financial services and stock brokerage industry.

  • Should have a basic knowledge about stock marketing

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to lead a team

  • Immediate joiners are preferred

Salary:

As per industry standards
