Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Pediatric Surgeon to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care to pediatric patients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to clinical excellence and innovation in pediatric surgery.  Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality surgical care to pediatric patients, including neonates, infants, children, and adolescentsPerform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of pediatric surgery privilegesConduct daily ward rounds and formulate multidisciplinary treatment plansSupervise junior medical staff and participate in their training and evaluationMaintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with hospital standardsParticipate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical auditsProvide on-call coverage and respond to emergencies as per departmental scheduleUphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety protocolsEngage in research, publications, and continuous medical education activitiesCollaborate with other specialties for complex case management and referrals Qualifications & ExperienceMedical degree from a recognized institutionCompletion of accredited residency and fellowship in Pediatric SurgeryBoard certification in Pediatric Surgery (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)Minimum 7 years of experience post-specialization, with at least 2 years in a tertiary care centerEligibility for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryHousing allowance or accommodation providedAnnual leave and CME supportHealth insurance for self and dependentsRelocation assistance and onboarding support
