Hiring for Our Client: Senior Manager – IT Technical (E-Invoicing & Integration Solutions)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a
Senior Manager – IT Technical
to lead the technical delivery and support function for
E-Invoicing Solutions, OpenPeppol integrations, and UAE FTA-compliant tax technologies
.

This role will suit a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in
E-Invoicing, TaxTech, and API integration
, and proven experience managing technical teams within enterprise or regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical management of
    E-Invoicing and Peppol
    integration solutions.
  • Oversee
    solution architecture, deployment, and technical support
    , ensuring compliance with
    UAE FTA
    and Peppol standards.
  • Manage a
    cross-functional team
    of API Integration Engineers, Business Analysts, and Technical Support Specialists.
  • Drive
    API integration
    initiatives with ERP, accounting, and third-party systems, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and Sales teams to support
    pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client demonstrations
    .
  • Act as a
    technical liaison
    between internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Stay current with
    e-invoicing regulations and integration technologies
    to maintain best practices in delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in IT solution delivery or technical management.
  • Expertise in
    E-Invoicing, TaxTech, or ERP-related integrations
    .
  • Proficiency with
    API frameworks
    (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Peppol and UAE FTA
    frameworks.
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
    and secure API management tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Peppol or FTA E-Invoicing Certification (advantage)
  • PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred)
  • API Integration or Cloud Platform Certifications (Azure / AWS / MuleSoft, etc.)
